Mengetahui port yang terbuka

Ada dua metode yang Ok buat melihat port port yang terbuka di linux dengan menggunakan nmap yang mengscan port dan dengan menggunakan netstat. nmap dapat digunakan untuk mescan komputer kita untuk melihat port yang terbuka.

nmap -sS -O 127.0.0.1

Metode kedua dengan menggunakan netstat. netstat dapat meperlihatkan port port tersembunyi dan yang di gunakan oleh program program

netstat -nap

Remove/Change “Welcome to the Front page”

Jika kita install di server Joomla! 1.5, kita akan menemukan tulisan ‘Welcome to the Frontpage’ pada frontfage website.

Hehehe .. kalo susah mencari dimana letak tulisan itu untuk kita hapus atau ganti ikuti langkah langkah dibawah ini :

• Menus – Main Menu (sekarang kita berada di: Menu Item Manager: mainmenu).
• Klik  ‘Home’ (sekarang kita berada di : Menu Item: Edit).
• Klik Parameters System dan ganti tau hapus pad kotak isian  Page title.
  • Jika kita rubah dengan kata lain (pada kotak isian Page title),  merubahnya akan menampilkan tulisan pada Frontpage sebagai judul diatas.
  • jika kita menghapus isian itu, link Menu akan menampilkan display Home saja.
  • Jika kita tidak mau menampilkan Judul , set saja Show Page Title pada Page title dengan parameter  ‘No’.
• Jangan lupa simpan perubahan ini.

Menjadi :

Kemudian restart wampservernya. Insya Allah browser akan berjalan sebagaimana setiap user bisa melakukan browser pada tujuan host yang ada wampservernya.

Waste Ink Counter Reset.

(1) Turn off the printer.
(2) Press and hold the RESUME button, then press and hold the POWER button.
(3) Release the RESUME button, Next press and release the RESUME button two(2) more times in succession. Note: you are still holding the POWER button). The printer’s carriage will “reset” or move momentarily. If the above was properly performed the printer will enter the “Service Mode”.
(4) Press the RESUME button 4 times, this will select the clear waste ink counter function. The lamp will alternate (change) color with each key press.

1. Service/Factory test printout, including ink sensor check.
2. EEPROM – Info printout.
3. EEPROM – Initialization.
4. Reset the Waste ink counter.
5. Printer model setting. (More selections beyond this point – However it is best leave them unaltered – You have been warned!) After selecting the desired mode (eg 4), press the POWER button to “set” the change, and return to the top of the function selection menu. Press the POWER button again to restart the printer.

METHOD ONE:
Through the Local Group Policy Editor

NOTE

This method is only available for the Vista Business, Ultimate, and Enterprise editions. See Method TWO below for the Vista Home Basic and Home Premium editions.

1. Open the Local Group Policy Editor.

2. In the left pane, click on User Configuration, Administrative Templates, and Start Menu and Taskbar. (See screenshot below)

3. In the right pane, right click on Hide the notification area and click on Properties. (See screenshot above)

4. To Hide All System Tray Icons -

A) Select (dot) Enabled and click on OK. (See screenshot below step 5A)

B) Go to step 6.

5. To Show All System Tray Icons -

A) Select (dot) Disabled or Not Configured, then click on OK. (See screenshot below)

6. Close the Group Policy window.

7. Logoff and logon, or restart the computer to apply the changes.

METHOD TWO:
Through the Registry

NOTE

This method will work for all Vista editions.

Through a Download:

1. To Hide All System Tray Icons -

A) Click on the download button below to download the Hide_Tray_Icons.reg file.

B) Go to step 3.

2. To Show All System Tray Icons -

A) Click on the download button below to download the Show_Tray_Icons.reg file.

3. Click on Save, and save the .reg file to the Desktop.

4. Right click the .reg (On Desktop) file and click on Merge.

5. Click on the Run button for Security Warning pop-up.

6. Click on Continue (UAC), Yes, and then OK when prompted.

7. When done, you can delete the .reg file (On Desktop).

8. Logoff and logon, or restart the computer to apply the changes.

The Manual Way:

1. Open the Start Menu.

2. In the white line (Start Search) area, type regedit and press Enter.

3. Click on the Continue button in the UAC prompt.

4. In regedit, go to: (See screenshot below)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
NOTE: If Explorer is not there, then right click on Policies in the left pane and click New -> Key and type Explorer and press Enter.

5. To Hide All System Tray Icons -

A) In the right pane of the Explorer key, right click on a empty area and click New and click DWORD (32 bit) Value. (See screenshot above)

B) Type NoTrayItemsDisplay and press Enter. (See screenshot below)

C) Right click on NoTrayItemsDisplay and click on Modify.

D) Type 1 and click on OK. (See screenshot below)

E) The registry will now look like this. (See screenshot below)

F) Go to step 7.

6. To Show All System Tray Icons -

A) In the right pane, right click on NoTrayItemsDisplay and click Delete. (See screenshot above)

B) Click on Yes to confirm the deletion.

C) In regedit, go to: (See screenshot below)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

D) In the right pane, if NoTrayItemsDisplay is here to, then right click on it and click on Delete. (See screenshot below)

E) Click on Yes to confirm the deletion.

7. Close regedit.

8. Logoff and logon, or restart the computer to apply the changes.
